Americans have long had a love affair with their celbrities, and of course, we all adore movies too. There have been a few films that have become classics, as much for the actors as for the motion picture. While any lists of the "greatest" will always miss someone's favorite, here are a couple of movies starring some impressive celbrities.

And an all-time favorite of many, Casino Royale. This is an old-fashioned James Bond escapade. The funniness is gone, and a tough and gritty 007 is trying to take down Le Chiffre, the financier for terrorists. Bond must overpower Le Chiffre in a huge money poker competition to help the C.I.A. capture him.

Everyone's all-time favorite Uncle Buck. Cindy Russell has to drop in on her sick dad. Her only option for someone to take care of her children is wonderful old Uncle Buck. Foolish Buck has to by some means pull himself together and take care of the kids for a couple of days.

The real McCoy Internal Affairs. Young police officer Raymond Avila works in the Internal Affairs Department of the LAPD. He and his partner observe something fishy with Dennis Peck. His financial situation is much stronger than expected on a policeman's wages. When Peck is attentive of the investigation, he turns his attention away from his shady dealings to concentrate on Avila.

The initial from 1994 Ace Ventura, Pet Detective. This movie is directed by Tom Shadyac. This is a naturally madcap Jim Carey comedy. He is cast as Ace Ventura, a pet detective. The mascot of the Miami Dolphins has been kidnapped, and it is up to Ace Ventura to crack the case. Jim Carrey, Courtney Cox. And Sean Young star.

A unforgettable from the year 1946 "Ivan the Terrible" Continuation of the legend of King Ivan IV, in which he takes on the boyars in a confrontation for power. Impressive film is just a shade underneath its predecessor, Restricted by Stalin due to controversial illustration of Ivan's secret patrol, and not released till 1958. Cast includes Nikolai Cherkassov; Serafima Birman, Mikhail Nazvanov, Pavel Kadochnikov, and Andrei Abrikosov.

The In Laws, Everyone can relate to this unpleasant situation. The in laws are coming and you just have to endure. Don't try this at home! Unrated rendition runs 93. Cast includes Peter Falk, Alan Arkin, Richard Libertini, and Nancy Dussault.

Hootenanny Hoot is a memorable film from the year 1973. Predictable comedy about college hootenanny show carried to TV is made bearable only by presence of Money and other nation/people actors. This is one of Sam Katzman's "normal" low-budget motion pictures. Cast includes Gene Nelson, Peter Breck, Joby Baker, Rita Lee, Pam Austin, Johnny Money, Sheb Wooley, The Brothers 4, and Judy Henske.

And an all-time beloved of many, Frequency. John Sullivan lost his father thirty years previously. He is still affected by the passing. Somehow with the use of his dad's old ham radio, he can correspond with his dad, when his dad was still alive. He warns his father of the fire that would kill him. This saves his father but sets off new actions that now must be resolved, or John's mother will now pass away.
